This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of return column winches. This standard applies to explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof back-column winches (hereinafter referred to as winches) for underground back-column topping operations in coal mines and other mines.
