Scope
This part of GB/T 14057 specifies methods for testing and evaluating the ease of decontamination of radioactively contaminated surfaces under laboratory conditions. This section is applicable to the evaluation of the ease of decontamination of radioactive contamination on the surfaces of metals, non-metals, various coatings and floor covering materials for the purpose of material selection. This section is not applicable to the selection of materials for process systems that are exposed to contaminated media for a long time under high temperatures and pressures, nor is it applicable to the evaluation of the ease of decontamination of actual contaminated surfaces on site.
