- The "Technical Standard for Exterior Wall Insulation Engineering" is now approved as an industry standard, numbered JGJ144-2019, and will be implemented from November 1, 2019. Among them, Articles 4.0.2, 4.0.5, 4.0.7, and 4.0.9 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Technical Regulations for External Wall Insulation Engineering" (JGJ144-2004) was abolished at the same time. This standard is made public on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn), and is published and distributed by the China Construction Industry Press organized by the Standards and Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
