Scope: The "Standards for Fire Protection Design of Iron and Steel Metallurgical Enterprises" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB50414-2018, and will be implemented from April 1, 2019. Among them, Articles 4.3.3, 4.3.4, 5.2.1, 5.3.1, 6.1.6, 6.4.1(3), 6.7.3, 6.7.6, 6.10.3, 6.13.1, 9.0.5, Article 10.5.4 (clause) is mandatory and must be strictly implemented. The original national standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Iron and Steel Metallurgical Enterprises" (GB50414-2007) will be abolished at the same time.
