Scope: This part of GB/T 31991 specifies the construction principles, system structure, functional requirements, data sources, interface specifications, security system, etc. of the electric energy service management platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"). This part applies to the design, development, construction and operation and maintenance of the platform. The platform in this part refers to the regional, provincial and prefecture (city) level power service management platform that provides data support for the national power demand side management platform.
