- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of polyester low elastic yarn. This standard applies to polyester low-stretch yarns with a total density of 20 dtex to 1 000 dtex, a monofilament linear density of 0.3 dtex to 5.6 dtex, round cross-sections, and semi-dull polyester low-stretch yarns. Other types of polyester low-stretch yarns can be used as a reference.
