Scope

This information sheet applies to the welding of pipes, pipeline parts and tapping fittings made of hard PE, type 1 and type 2, according to DIN 8074 and DIN 8075 parts 1 and 2, DIN 16963, DIN 3544 part 1 and DIN 3543 part 4 for gas and Water pipes must be observed for use in public gas supply, the DVGW work sheets G 260, G 472, G 477 and GW 330 and for use in drinking water supply DIN 19533, DIN 19630 and W 320.
