Scope

This standard specifies the structure and materials, requirements, inspection rules, inspection methods, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of metal-based (aluminum-based, copper-based) copper-clad laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as metal-based copper-clad laminates). wait.
