Scope

This part specifies the overall architecture of the Telephone Number Mapping (ENUM) resolution system Tier system, the relationship between the Tier system and other services and equipment in the network, functional requirements, performance requirements, security requirements, operation management requirements, etc. This section applies to the Tierl system in the telephone number mapping (ENUM) parsing system.
