This standard specifies the technical requirements, preparation requirements, preparation equipment, test methods, test reports, cleaning, packaging and transportation for preparing single crystal aluminum dioxide tubes by the guided mold method. This standard applies to single crystal aluminum oxide tubes prepared by the guided mold method. Single crystal aluminum oxide tubes produced by other methods can also be implemented by reference.
