Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of household miniature electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as "micro washing machines"). This standard applies to electrically driven washing machines with a single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and a rated washing capacity not exceeding 1.5 kg, used by non-professionals in homes, shops, schools and other places.
