Scope: This standard is applicable to the safety evaluation of rivers, rivers, lakes and sea embankments of level 3 and above. Level 4 and 5 embankments can be implemented as a reference. This standard defines embankment safety as the current status of the embankment being able to meet the requirements of current standards.
