Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of air permeability. This standard applies to cigarette papers, forming papers, tipping papers, and cigarette papers, forming papers, tipping papers, and intermittent or continuous air-permeable areas with a measured air permeability exceeding 10 cm³ (min?cm²) under the condition of a pressure difference of 1 kPa. s material.
