Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, test procedures, test data processing, precision requirements and test reports for the determination of insoluble sugar content in forestry biomass raw materials. This standard applies to the determination of insoluble sugar content in forestry biomass raw materials. When the injection volume was 20 μL, the detection limits of this method (signal-to-noise ratio S/N≥3) were: glucose 8 mg/L, xylose 14 mg/L, arabinose 28 mg/L, galactose 10 mg/L, mannose 16 mg/L.
