This standard specifies the general requirements for lamps and lanterns used in civil airports that use tungsten lamps and LEDs as light sources and whose power supply voltage does not exceed 1000 V. This standard is applicable to the navigation aid lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps) that provide light guidance signals for aircraft taxiing, take-off or approach and landing. This standard does not apply to high pole lighting fixtures, spotlight lighting fixtures and parking guide lighting fixtures in civil airports. This standard does not apply to luminaires for heliports. This standard should be used together with GB 7000.1 and specific product standards.
