This construction standard is an important basis for the preparation, evaluation and approval of the feasibility study report of the national sugar cane production base construction project. It is also a reference standard for reviewing the preliminary design and supervis on of the construction project and inspecting the entire construction process of the project. This construction standard applies to new construction projects of sugar cane production bases, and modification (expansion) projects can be implemented as a reference.
