This standard specifies the requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food aquatic vegetables. This standard applies to green food wild rice, calla yam, arrowhead, water chestnut, water chestnut, gorgon fruit, water spinach, watercress, watercress, water shield, cattail, lotus seed rice and other aquatic vegetables (see Appendix A for Latin scientific and common names). Excludes lotus root and its products.
