Scope

This standard specifies the equipment cleaning and disinfection, diluent preparation, semen collection, semen processing, sperm separation, freezing, thawing, inspection, packaging, storage and transportation for the production of bovine sex-controlled frozen semen. This standard applies to the production of bovine sex-controlled frozen semen using flow cytometry technology.
