Scope: This guiding technical document stipulates the requirements for the preparation of the avionics components management plan (ECMP). ECMP should assure users and management agencies that the selection and use process of all electronic components used in the equipment of the person responsible for the plan is controllable and meets the requirements. The final use requirements of the equipment, and at the same time complete the specific technical requirements in Chapter 4. The wood guidance technical document applies to avionics manufacturers.
