- This standard specifies the requirements for protection against electric shocks for electrical installations with nominal voltage power frequency AC 1000V and below and DC 1500V and below. and application requirements for protective measures. This standard applies to electrical installations in housing, industrial, agricultural, commercial housing, public housing, movable buildings, tourist vehicles and similar places, as well as temporary installations in construction sites and exhibition halls.
