This standard specifies the calculation method of two measurement parameters used to evaluate the color rendering of white light sources, including the color fidelity index R and the color gamut index R. This standard applies to indoor and outdoor lighting levels dominated by photopic vis on, and white light sources and lighting systems dominated by general lighting. Unless otherwis stated, "light source" and "illuminator under test" in this standard refer to white light sources and lighting systems.
