Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product instructions and certificates, packaging, delivery, transportation and storage of polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water-reducing agents used in concrete. This standard applies to the use of polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water-reducing admixtures in cement concrete.
