- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements of electrically heated glass for locomotives and ships (hereinafter referred to as electrically heated glass). This standard applies to all types of electric heating glass for locomotives and ships. Electric heating glass for automobile windshield can also be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to aircraft electrically heated glass.
