Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, pre-cooling and storage of fresh berry fruits. This standard applies to the postharvest preparation of fresh berry fruits such as grapes, kiwis strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, figs, pomegranates, guavas, gooseberries, currants, star fruit, papayas, and sapodillas.
