- Scope
- This standard specifies the structural form, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging and storage of special measuring tools for rolling stock wheel sets (hereinafter referred to as special measuring tools for wheel sets). This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of special measuring instruments for static contact measurement of wheel set inner side distance, wheel position difference and disc position difference of wheel sets for locomotives, EMUs, passenger cars and freight cars with standard gauge. Special measuring instruments for wheel sets for subway, light rail and other vehicles can be used as a reference.
