This part of ISO 5667 provides guidance for the selection and application of various quality assurance and quality control procedures related to the manual collection of samples from surface water, drinking water, wastewater, seawater and groundwater. NOTE The general principles set out in this part of ISO 5667 may be applicable to sampling of mud and sediment in some cases.
