Scope: This International Standard provides equations that make it possible to report analytical data related to biogenic solid fuels with respect to the various commonly used reference bases. Corrections are taken into account that can be applied to certain specific values for biogenic solid fuels before their calculation on other reference bases. Instruments for integrity checks of analytical results are given in Appendix A. Appendix B contains conversion factors for calculation into other units. Appendix C is a guide to the application of validation parameters as found in ISO/TC 238 analytical standards.
