- The standard stipulates the classification, size, shape and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging marks of steel strips for welded steel pipes. This standard is applicable to the steel strips used to manufacture straight seam welded steel pipes, including hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel strips with a width of less than 600mm and hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel strips with a width greater than or equal to 600mm after slitting and less than 600mm.
