Scope

This standard specifies the method of drawing tables and diagrams describing the functions and characteristics of the control system (including necessary graphic symbols and their usage rules). This standard is applicable to the drawing of function diagrams of electrical control systems, and also applicable to non-electric control systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical, or some parts of the system. The methods specified in this standard are independent of the technology used to realize the technological process and can be used as a communication tool between different technical disciplines in the field of engineering. Note: The above method is to study the application of Petrinets for asynchronous event coordination in industry. Using this method can start from the overall, and increase the level of detail by gradually reducing the level of description, and finally reveal all the details of the control system.
