This part of JT/T 1119 stipulates the classification of unsafe factors, classification of emergencies, emergency response principles and on-board items during passenger transportation on urban and rural roads, as well as the emergency response requirements for drivers to respond to unsafe factors and emergencies. This section applies to the emergency response of urban and rural road passenger transport drivers such as urban bus and tram passenger transport, intercity passenger transport, and rural passenger transport in emergencies.
