Scope
This specification specifies the main design principles that should be followed in the electrical design of petrochemical plants. This specification applies to the power design of newly built, renovated or expanded petrochemical enterprise production equipment (including refining, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, hereinafter referred to as production equipment).
