This standard specifies the terms and definitions, composition, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and identification, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dissolution measuring devices (hereinafter referred to as "measuring devices"). This standard applies to devices for measuring the dissolution of active drugs in solid dosage forms in specified dissolution media.
