- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for medical centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as centrifuge) products. This standard applies to the design, production and inspection of medical centrifuges. This standard does not apply to ultracentrifuges (speed higher than 30000r/min).
