- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses with an inner diameter of 5 to 51 mm. This standard applies to steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses that use common hydraulic fluids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, oil-water emulsion, ethylene glycol aqueous solution, and water) and whose working temperature ranges from -40°C to 100°C. This standard does not apply to castor oil-based and ester-based liquids. This standard does not include requirements for end fittings, but only specifies the properties of hose and hose assemblies.
