Scope

This standard specifies the method for visually measuring the color of transparent liquids with an iron-cobalt colorimeter or a Lovibond colorimeter. The color of the liquid is expressed by the color scale number of the iron-cobalt colorimeter or the Lovibond chromaticity value. This standard applies to the color determination of varnishes, varnishes and thinners.
