- This standard specifies the measurement methods for horn loudspeakers. This standard is mainly applicable to broadband horn-type electric loudspeakers (hereinafter referred to as "speakers") for sound reproduction in cable broadcasting systems. For special-purpose speakers and speakers with their own transformers, they can refer to the provisions of this standard. This standard does not exclude the use of other measurement methods that can obtain the same results, but the measurement methods specified in this standard should be used as the basis for judgment.
