Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and order (or contract) content of phosphor copper anodes for integrated circuits (hereinafter referred to as phosphor copper anodes). This standard applies to all kinds of phosphor copper anode products used in integrated circuits.
