Scope
This standard specifies the designation method, ordering content, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of hot-rolled steel sheets and strips for cold-formed steel. This standard applies to hot-rolled steel strips for cold-formed steel strips with a thickness not greater than 25.4 mm and steel plates cross-cut from steel strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips).
