Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the moisture regain of synthetic staple fibers - the oven method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the moisture regain of synthetic staple fibers such as polyester (polyester), polyamide (nylon), polyacrylonitrile (acrylic), polyvinyl formal (vinylon), etc., in thermal scales.
