Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements and test methods for instrument landing system (ILS) localizer receivers (hereinafter referred to as receivers). This standard applies to ILS localizer receivers operating in the 108.0-112.0MHz frequency band, and serves as the basis for formulating product standard performance requirements and test methods.
