Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements and test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage, and safety of diesel detergents. This standard applies to detergents used in diesel engine fuels such as automotive diesel, ordinary diesel and biodiesel blended fuel (B5).
