Scope

This standard specifies the general metrological requirements, performance test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of electronic weighing instruments. This standard applies to the inspection of non-automatic electronic weighing instruments and the static inspection of automatic weighing instruments. The type identification and prototype test of electronic weighing instruments should also be used as a reference.
