Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the installation position, size, clearance space and spiral pipeline connection of electrical and pneumatic brake connectors (hereinafter referred to as electrical and pneumatic connectors) between tractors and trailers. This standard is applicable to drawbar-trailer trains, center-axle trailer trains and articulated trains equipped with air brake systems and 24 V electrical equipment, with drawbar connectors at the rear or at the front.
