Scope

This standard specifies the terminal arrangement, functional block diagram and main electrical parameters of the semiconductor integrated circuit 80C86 series 16-bit microcomputer circuit (hereinafter referred to as the device). The quality assessment of the device shall comply with the provisions of the detailed specification of the device. This standard applies to the selection of devices during production (development) or use.
