Scope

This standard specifies the performance test methods for boiler feed water deaerators. This standard applies to the determination of the thermal and fluid properties of steel pressure deaerators, atmospheric deaerators and vacuum deaerators and the residual dissolved oxygen content in deaerator water (hereinafter referred to as dissolved oxygen content).
