Scope

This standard specifies the interchangeable size, installation and marking of the air brake pipe connector between the tractor and the trailer. This standard is applicable to the air brake pipe connectors used in the dual-pipe air brake system of automobiles and trains. One of them is the energy supply pipeline and the other is the control pipeline. Other vehicles and trains can also be implemented by reference.
