Scope

This standard specifies the disc parameters, recording parameters, working signal parameters and detailed technical requirements of the pre-recorded program optical reflective video disc system that affect disc interchange. This standard applies to pre-recorded program optical reflective video discs compatible with the 50Hz/625 line International Radio Consultative Committee black-and-white and color-coded PAL system.
