- Scope
- This standard specifies the name, terminal arrangement, functional block diagram, logic diagram and main characteristics (including input and output characteristics and main electrical parameters) of the PAL series of semiconductor integrated circuit TTL circuits (hereinafter referred to as devices). The quality assessment of the device shall comply with the relevant detailed specifications of the device. When producing (developing) or selecting devices, the provisions of this standard shall be complied with. Unless otherwise specified, the logic involved in this standard is positive logic.
