Scope

Blank detail specification The blank detail specification is a supplementary document to the sectional specification, and includes the format, layout and minimum content requirements of the detail specification. A detail specification that does not comply with these requirements cannot be considered to conform to an IEC specification, nor can it be called an IEC standard. Article 1.4 of the sub-specification should be considered when formulating the detailed specification, and the following corresponding content should be filled in the position of the number marked in brackets on the first page: Identification of the detailed specification (1) Organization authorized to draft this detailed specification: IEC or national standards organization. (2) IEC or national detailed specification number, publication date and more content required by the national standard system. (3) The serial number and version number of the IEC general specification or the national general specification (4) The serial number of the IEC blank detailed specification. Identification of capacitors (5) Brief description of capacitor types. (6) Description of typical structure (when applicable). (7) Outline drawings marked with main dimensions that have an important impact on interchangeability and/or references to national or international outline documents. Another approach could be to give such a diagram in an appendix to the detail specification. (8) Use or use group and/or assessment level. Note: One or several assessment levels used in the detail specification should be selected from clause 3.5.4 of the sectional specification, which means that several assessment levels can share a blank detail specification as long as the test grouping remains unchanged. (9) Reference data of the most important characteristics, so that comparisons can be made between various types of capacitors.
