Scope
This standard specifies the definition and technical requirements of standard files and standard test blocks, and specifies the method for hardness testing of iron and steel parts or materials (hereinafter referred to as inspected parts). This standard is applicable to the conventional hardness test of the steel hardness range of 39-67HRC in the production site.
